Susan Restaurant Rating System ***** Five stars outstanding Sanibel Island, although relatively small, has some excellent restaurants. We have our favorite Sanibel restaurants that we will visit 3 or 4 times during a single vacation, but there are enough restaurants so that you can dine somewhere different every day of your trip.
